Chapter 268: Lux’s Room
“So this is Lux’s room!”
Entering Lux’s room for the first time, Elizalina looked around, her voice making it obvious how much she was enjoying herself.
I mean, I’m really happy! Being able to go into Lux’s room is way too blissful!!
As she was thinking that, Lux spoke apologetically.
“Yeah… sorry, there’s really nothing interesting in here.”
“No! Just knowing this is the room where Lux lives every day, and that you invited me into a place like this, makes me really happy!”
I mean, just being with Lux already makes me happy!
Adding that in her mind, Elizalina turned her attention to the bookshelf in Lux’s room.
There are so many study books! He really works hard! I can teach him everything here, so I’ll ask which ones he’s not good at and teach him next time!
Shouting that in her heart while looking forward to their next study session, Elizalina then glanced at the desk and chair and spoke.
“Do you usually study here, Lux?”
“Yes. When I want to relax a bit, I sometimes look outside through that window.”
“I see!”
When the word window left Lux’s mouth, Elizalina’s gaze naturally drifted in that direction.
People might feel differently, and purely in terms of scenery, most would probably say the view from the royal castle is better. Even so, Elizalina didn’t feel that way.
This is the view Lux always looks at…
Just knowing it was the scenery Lux saw gave it a value that surpassed even the most beautiful view imaginable.
With that thought as she burned the scene into her memory, Elizalina then lowered her gaze to the bed.

Lux’s bed, in Lux’s room…!
The moment it entered her field of view, her heart gave a sharp thump, but she managed not to let it show and spoke instead.
“So this is the bed you always sleep in, Lux.”
“Yes.”
…This was completely outside the plan, so if she had to choose whether to do it or not, it’d obviously be better not to.

“Hey, Lux… I just want to ask, but have you ever gotten on this bed together with someone else?”
“No. There’s never been a situation where I needed to let someone else up here, so I haven’t. Is something wrong?”

Feeling relieved, yet meeting Lux’s innocent eyes, Elizalina hurriedly stood up from the bed.
